For thirty years, Ken Bramlett has balanced a career—for Royal Dutch Shell, developing oil and gas fields in the Gulf of Mexico—with raising an active family and leading various ministries. To equip himself for this, he entered seminary part-time—and six years later earned a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministries.
Besides his work with Shell, he directs Men’s Ministries at Kingsland Baptist Church in Katy, Texas. Ken is also a partner in the Ministry Enhancement Group, where he helps pastors develop skills in team-building, staff management, time management, and conflict management.
Ken and Pat, his wife of more than thirty years, live in Katy, Texas. Together they raised Drew, Mark, Amy, and Holli, who was tragically killed in an accident. The Bramletts are a close-knit family that loves to do things together.
