Because of the engaging content and warm reader reception, HarperCollins in Australia bought the rights and published two books: Dumb Things We Do and She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not.

Because WinePress highlighted Holly’s book, Dumb Things She Does . . . Dumb Things He Does, at the International Christian Retail Show, she made a significant connection. Thomas Nelson purchased the U.S. rights to the book and republished it with the title Dumb Things He Does/Dumb Things She Does: How to Stop Doing the Things that Drive Women/Men Crazy. WinePress contracted with the distributors that sell to the PXs (Post Exchanges) around the world and with wholesalers who sell directly to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard. By May of 2005, Carol had sold over twenty-five thousand copies through WinePress. This book was then acquired and re-released by Cook Communications.
