Timothy Williams serves as Executive Publisher and overseer of WinePress Publishing’s operations and staff. Scripture tells us that faith without action is dead, and Timothy provides the inspiration and motivation for lots of action! He guides and directs the WinePress team with pastoral care and godly wisdom but, rather than highlight his own experience and gifts, Timothy prefers to promote the most important attitude he has helped instill at WinePress; that everything we do is to glorify God. He works tirelessly to ensure that this approach is reflected in every area of WinePress' service.
With over twenty five years in the Christian publishing industry, Carla Williams’ brings a wealth of experience and connections to her work with WinePress. As a speaker, writer, ministry worker, and an extensively published author, Carla has developed priceless relationships with many of today’s top publishing experts and authors. As a result she now manages a team of over thirty professional editors who continually raise the level of excellence of WinePress' books and promotional materials. Carla is also an integral part of WinePress' in-house publicity department and our conference management team, and she personally attends many writers conferences and events each year to teach and encourage new authors.
As WinePress' marketing, promotional, and art director, Josiah Williams contributes expertise, enthusiasm, and insight to a wide range of our most important services, helping to expand the company's brand and increase our authors' success. His background as a professional graphic designer, artist, illustrator, and promotional manager provides him with the experience and skills needed to deliver engaging and effective marketing solutions. Josiah works directly with authors, and other communicators, to find innovative ways for them to successfully promote their work to contemporary audiences.
As Development Officer, Malcolm Fraser assists in the behind-the-scenes management of WinePress Publishing. He helps to develop WinePress' departments and resources while troubleshooting our policies, contracts, and internal operations under the direction of the Executive Publisher. With a background in English literature, theological studies, and information technology, he also oversees WinePress' e-book program and is involved with our internal website development.
In a unique position to help authors explore their options, Adam Cothes brings years of experience in the book industry to his portfolio. Experienced in all phases of the book production process, Adam knows how to guide each author in selecting the best options for his or her individual story.

As accounting assistant, James Owens provides answers to questions about sales history or invoices for WinePress authors. He is also responsible for assisting vendors with purchase order inquiries.
Drawing on her experience as an accountant for private clients, Jan brings extensive knowledge of tax codes and business expertise and nearly ten years in the publishing industry to accounting procedures. She guides authors through various issues, such as obtaining a business license to sell their books.
Janice is the second voice you hear when dialing WinePress. She will direct you to the person you need, answer general questions, or relay information. She also assists the production team in sending book information to distributors, processing copyright forms, and handling office shipping.
Drawing from his unique experience in the book industry, Joshua Williams seeks to effectively educate and support today’s Christian professionals. As an author and speaker, Joshua conveys keen insights into the distinct challenges facing today’s book publication trade. Also employed as full-time manager of The Salt Shaker Christian Bookstore, Joshua has the opportunity to discover innovative techniques in effective book retailing and marketing.
Julie is the quality control guide for all manuscripts, cover design, and video productions in process. She verifies that changes have been done correctly and monitors details that make your book or video the best it can be.
Kevin manages digital operations for WinePress. Everything from the website to author blogs to the Co-Captain interactive system demand Kevin’s constant attention. He is responsible for daily maintenance and frequent updates.
Larry Filato is the fulfillment expert when you order books or need to track storage figures. He handles all incoming shipments, outgoing freight, and day-to-day operations in the warehouse.
Drawing on a wealth of experience, Mike manages all aspects of the book publishing process. He understands the challenges from typesetting to editing to finding the right cover design. He finds the balance between empathy for the author’s literary “child” and technical excellence in the manuscript.
A vital component in the WinePress Publicity Department, Robyn functions as the scheduler, announcer, and representative for WinePress authors to their media markets, including radio and television outlets. Dispensing enthusiasm and good will, she makes important connections for writers and their audiences.
As a designer and developer at WinePress Publishing, Thomas specializes in book jackets, websites, illustrations, and advertisements. He works to transform your message into a visually appealing design that snags the attention of potential readers and creatively expresses the heart of your message.
